The instant writ petition has already been dismissed as withdrawn by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
CAN 1026 of 2020 has been filed, inter alia, seeking investigation into the documents relied upon by the writ petitioner in support of the writ petition. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the documents had been received from the private respondent no.18 himself.
In substance, a prayer has been made in the said application for sanction under Section 340 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This Court permits the petitioner to apply independently under Section 200 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as regards the allegations made in CAN 1026 of 2020.
With the aforesaid observations, the application being CAN 1026 of 2020 shall stand disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
