Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits, upon instruction that, the order of the Court has been complied with but thereafter certain other encroachments have been made.

As the Court is satisfied that the order passed by the Court has been complied with, accordingly, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

The District Magistrate is, however, directed to ensure that no further encroachment over Government land takes place. If there be any encroachment, then necessary steps shall be taken to remove the same in accordance with law.

Affidavit-of-compliance filed in Court today be taken on record.

Written instruction forwarded by the National Highway Authority be also retained with the records. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
