Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in custody in excess of 110 days. The petitioner was falsely implicated.
Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the investigations are yet to be completed. He submits that 962 yaba tablets were seized from the possession of the petitioner.
Considering the fact that commercial quantity of narcotic substance was seized from the possession of the petitioner, we are of the view that the petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.
Consequently, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
CRM 7304 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
