The petitioner in this application has prayed for an order of expeditious disposal of G.R. Case No. 2923 of 2023 arising out of Krishnagar P.S. Case No. 43/23 pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrare, Krishnagar, Nadia.

Upon considering the relief prayed for this court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by directing service of notice upon the opposite party.

Thus this application is disposed with a request upon Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagar, Nadia to dispose of the Case G.R. No. 2923 of 2023 very expeditiously and within two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment. This application stands disposed of.
