Mr. Kalyan Kumar Panda Mr. Nirmalya Dhara ... for the petitioner At the time of call Mr. Panda, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that in view of supply of OMR sheet by the concerned authority of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission in response to letter dated 8th February, 2018 under the relevant provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 the learned advocate for the petitioner received instructions not to press this writ petition. However, leave has been prayed for to file afresh.
Today no one is representing the respondents.
In view of such submission being made on behalf of the petitioner the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed with leave to file afresh with better particulars on the self-same cause of action.
Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
