3. In obedience of previous order of this court a compliance report on affidavit is filed by Rishra Municipality. It is pleaded that as per the report of Sanitary Inspector and Surveyor of Municipality dated 05.09.2022 the pond has been totally cleaned properly.

4. In support of this averment, photographs and report dated 15.9.2022 are filed.

5. No exception to this report is filed till date.

6. It appears that either cause does not survive or petitioner has lost interest in the matter.

7. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
