It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that in view of the subsequent events, which have transpired after the filing of the petitioner i.e. the petitioners having applied for a transfer of their legal interest before the respondent authority, the writ petition has become infructuous.

The respondent authorities are represented and submit that in view of the fresh application, they will take necessary steps in accordance with law.

With the above directions, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

Liberty is granted to the writ petitioners to take necessary steps in accordance with law if subsequent events so warrant.
