Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the nature of allegations involving the petitioner in the crime of attempting to murder the victim and as his bail prayer was rejected in June, 2022 and there is no change in circumstances since then, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
