However, at this stage learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner would not like to press this application and would instead file a fresh application with appropriate particulars under Group V of the Classification List.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner for filing a fresh application on the selfsame ground under Group V of the Classification List.
