1. The report filed by the Investigating Officer and the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioners are taken on record.

2. It appears that the matter has been amicably settled and a criminal revision has been filed for quashing of the FIR on joint compromise.

3. In view of the aforesaid, this application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed.

4. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners, namely, Latif Ahmed @ Sk Latif Ahmed, Firoja Begum @ Sk. Firoza Begum and Sk. Sarfaraj Ahmed @ Sarfaraj Ahmed, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.2,000/- each, with one surety of like amount each, which must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the Signed By :

conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023 and the petitioners shall meet the I.O. as and when required.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.
