This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the proceeding arising out of Hare Street Police Station Case No. dated 18.08.2010 under Sections 120B/406/465/467/471 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 103/102/104 of the Trade Mark Act read with Sections 63/64 of the Copyright Act.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
