And In Re : Pappu Kumar Bhagat ...... petitioner Mr. Arup Kumar Bhowmik ....for the petitioner Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy Ms. Rita Dutta ....for the State Considering the fact that the police complaint was lodged within five years of marriage and considering the fact that the petitioner before us is the husband and the allegations are directed against him, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3662 of 2022 is dismissed.
