The instant application has been filed against the Order dated 17.08.2011 passed by the Executive Magistrate Sadar, Hooghly in M.P. Case No. 1154 of 2011 under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Since the original impugned order has met with statutory death long ago, the instant application is now infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed on merit.
