The matter has appeared in the list on mentioning by the learned advocate representing the State Bank of India under the heading „To Be Mentioned‟ for correction of the order dated 12th September, 2025.

In the second line of paragraph 9 at page 2 of the said order, in place and instead of "VillageRatanpur, Pakur Road, Block & PS-Samserganj" it should be read as "SBI Nimtita Branch (09174) Vill & P.O.-Nimtita, Block & PS-Suti or SBI Aurangabad Branch (01299) Vill & P.O-Aurangabad, Block & PSSuti". 3.

The order dated 12th September, 2025 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

Let this order be read along with the order dated 12th September, 2025.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
