This is an application filed under Section 401/482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the Order dated 27/05.2011 passed by the learned Judidial Magistrate, In Charge, Kalyani, Nadia in G.R. Case No. 445 of 2011 arising out of Haringhata Police Station Case No. 123 of 2011 dated 9.04.2011 under Sections 363/366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
