Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 29.07.2024 in connection with CRM (A) 2487 of 2024. However, due to miscommunication with the learned advocate, the petitioners could not surrender in time although the Court had directed the petitioners to surrender before the learned jurisdictional Court and pray for bail. They want to surrender at the earliest. Heard the learned counsel for the State.

I am satisfied with the explanation provided for not being able to surrender before the learned jurisdictional Court and pray for bail.

In view of the above and the in the interest of justice, I dispose of the application by extending the time to surrender and

pray for bail before the learned jurisdictional Court by a fortnight from this date. The other conditions of the order dated 29.07.2024 shall remain the same.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
