This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the proceeding in Case No. C-9734 of 2010 arising out of T.R. Case No. 1516 of 2010 under Sections 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
