Review is sought of this Court's order dated 22nd August, 2023 on the ground that the appellant had a valid degree from the Shobhit University at Meerut. It was found by this Court that the said Shobhit University did not have recognition from the UGC as on the date of the petitioner's application and alleged degree of M.A. in History. The said view was taken by this Court also based on a judgment of a Co-ordinate Bench dated 7th June, 2018 in MAT 73 of 2018 Saikat Giri Vs. State of West Bengal & Anr.).

This Court finds no error apparent on the face of record. No new evidence has also been brought on record hitherto not within the possession of the appellant. No new facts are available.

In view of the above, the application for review is in otherwise not maintainable under Order XLIII of the Code of Civil Procedure.

RVW 201 of 2024 shall stand dismissed.

Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
