It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the present accused petitioner is not the principal accused and on this score the instant application may be considered favourably. 2.

In course of his submission, learned Advocate for the State draws our attention to page numbers 283 and 284 of the case diary wherefrom it reveals that the present accused petitioner was actively involved in the alleged crime by accepting money from the victim with an assurance to provide him a job. 3.

We, thus, find sufficient involvement of the accused petitioner in the alleged crime at least, prima facie, at this stage. 4.

Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM (DB) 2152 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
