The petitioner in the instant case has challenged the judgement and order dated 25th day of April, 2025 passed by the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durgapur, Paschim Bardhman in C.R. Case No. 634 of 2016 under Section 138 of the N.I Act. Such order passed by the learned Magistrate is a appealable. This application cannot be entertained at this stage. 3.

Accordingly, criminal revisional application being CRR 3200 of 2025 is disposed of.

Liberty granted to the petitioner to take necessary steps in accordance with law.

It is further made clear that this Court is not gone into the merits of the case and the petitioner will be at liberty to urge all points of law before the competent forum.
