Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved because of inaction of the police authorities in respect of Burdwan P.S.

Case No.

485/2022 dated 10.05.2022. To that effect, charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court as is reflected from the report submitted on behalf of the State. Because of rash and negligent driving, another case was registered with Saktigarh Police Station being Saktigarh Police Station Case No. 45/2022 dated 10.02.2022 wherein also charge-sheet was submitted. The petitioner submits that he is not aware regarding the charge-sheet having been submitted in both the cases.

Accordingly, a copy of the report be handed over by the learned advocate appearing for the State to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. In case the petitioner is aggrieved, he would be at liberty to canvass the issues before the jurisdictional court in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 17561 of 2024 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
