There has been no change of circumstances since the earlier order was passed on 20th March, 2025 in WPA 8358 of 2023. Petitioner would comply the earlier directions and thereafter approach this Court. No interference is called for at this stage. Needless to state that the learned advocate for the State as well as the private respondent no.17 is present. Both the respondents deny and dispute the accusations and submit that since no affidavits have been used, the contents of the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16577 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
