The matter is appearing in the daily cause list since 14th February, 2023. In spite of having due notice and knowledge that the matter is pending, the appellants are not represented. The appeal is defective since 6th August, 2016. There are various defects, one of which is not payment of deficit court fees. No attempt has been made to put in the deficit court fees since 6th August, 2016.

The appeal stands dismissed for non-payment of deficit court fees and also for non-removal of other defects. However, there shall be no order as to costs. (Uday Kumar, J.) (Soumen Sen, J.)
