The review petitioner has filed RVW 151 of 2024 seeking review of this Court's judgment dated March 27, 2024.

Mr. Bhattacharya, learned senior advocate appears for the review applicant/appellant. He submits that an application being CAN 1 of 2025 in connection with the review memorandum as above, has been filed today. The copy thereof has been served to Mr. Sen, learned AGP, appearing for the CSTC, in Court. Let the department immediately incorporate the application as above in the record.

Mr. Sen intends to take out an affidavit-inopposition.

Let the affidavit-in-opposition be filed within a period of three weeks from date. Affidavit-in-reply thereto, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter. The matter shall be listed as per convenience of the Court, with prior information published in the Daily Cause List.
