This matter has come up in the list for correction of typographical mistakes crept in the order dated 1st February, 2022.

It is pointed out that in the 1st paragraph and 4th paragraph of the said order the case number, MAT 1018 of 2019, has wrongly been typed instead of MAT 1018 of 2021.

The mistakes are apparent.

Office is directed to correct the order dated 1st February, 2022, accordingly.

Let this order be read conjointly with the order dated 1st February, 2022.
