We have considered the materials on record. Statement of head constable of BSF implicates the petitioner in trafficking of narcotics. Petitioners fled away from the spot. They have criminal antecedents. Under such circumstances we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
