Since I am not inclined to take up these matters on personal ground, the matters stand released from the list of this Bench.

Mr. Mitra, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that another matter concerning the son of the petitioner and the self-same cooperative society is pending before a coordinate bench.

The matters stand released from the list of this Bench for the reasons as aforesaid. Parties will be at liberty to take appropriate steps strictly upon notice to each other.

Affidavit-in-opposition filed by respondent no. 10 is taken on record.
