1. We have considered the report filed by the Investigating Agency wherefrom, prima facie, we are of the view that the petitioner has concealed the facts and did not cooperate with the investigation. Moreover, the document disclosed, prima facie, is an offence and it is at the initial stage of investigation.

2. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
