However, I find one letter to the Chairman of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education dated 01.04.2017 at page 27 of the writ application. I direct the Deputy Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to look into the matter after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from date and to pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner by two weeks thereafter.

I also direct the petitioner to serve a copy of the writ application upon the learned advocate of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

The matter is disposed of with the above direction.
