2025 and FMA 1239 of 2025 preferred against the order dated 24.06.2025 and 30.06.2025 respectively, with liberty to file appropriate application seeking modification of the said order based on the judgment of Supreme Court.

5. The appeals stand dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
