This court had already made an interim arrangement for the child to meet the mother. Thus, such arrangement will continue. The mother will meet the child at Avani Mall at Howrah on every Sunday at 3 p.m. The mother will interact with the child independently between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. The father will drop the child at the Mall. He will wait in the vicinity of the Mall. The mother will have uninterrupted interaction with the child. Thereafter, the child will be handed over to the father. This arrangement will continue till the disposal of the Act VIII case.

However, as the question of jurisdiction has been raised by Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate for the petitioner, the said application for transfer will be decided on its own merits.

The revisional application is thus disposed of. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of the order.

Urgent Photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
