It appears that filing of charge sheet on the same sections as present in the FIR is only a natural consequence and is not a substantial or material change in circumstance that could maintain a second application for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the second application for anticipatory bail filed, without there being any material change in circumstance, is dismissed, however, without any order as to costs. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
