Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since August 31, 2020. Police submitted charge sheet and, therefore, continued detention of the petitioner is not required.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as is appearing from the case diary including the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code and there being hardly any change in circumstances since the last order of rejection, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM 7311 of 2021 is dismissed.
