Petitioner submits he is in custody for 103 days. He submits investigation is complete. He prays for bail. Learned Advocate for the State submits victim is a eight year old girl and had been ravished.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim. She has implicated the petitioner in the offence.

Keeping in mind the gravity of the offence and the incriminating materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
