After some argument, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Hooghly to dispose of the Title Suit No.393 of 2016 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite party. However, the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order, upon the opposite party or upon the learned advocate representing the opposite party before the learned Trial Judge.

From the order-sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that by an order dated March 26, 2025, the plaintiff was directed to take fresh steps upon the defendant no.1. It further appears from the ordersheet that the injunction application is pending and the ad interim order of injunction has been extended from time to time.

In view thereof C.O. 2724 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Hooghly to make an endeavour to dispose of the injunction application filed in T.S. No.393 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible if the same is otherwise ready for hearing. The learned Trial Judge is requested to dispose of the suit expeditiously after the same is made ready for hearing. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
