...For the Petitioner.

Mr. Tulsi Das Maiti, Mr. Pradip Kumar Ghosh.

...For the Contemnor.

Learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor has handed over a copy of the reasoned order dated 30th August, 2022 passed by the Pradhan, Shyampur Gram Panchayat in compliance of the order passed by this Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a senior citizen and was unable to remain present in the hearing held on 30th August, 2022.

The reasoned order records that, after going through the records it was revealed that the private respondent whose name is recorded in the record of rights submitted a building plan in the office of the Gram Panchayat. Though the plan was scrutinized but sanction has not been granted till date.

The order further records that in the hearing the private respondent submitted that apart from construction of the boundary wall to protect the land from trespassers, no further construction has been made till date.

As it appears that the order of the Court has been complied with, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further.

The petitioner will be at liberty to take steps in the event he is aggrieved by the order passed by the Pradhan on 30th August, 2022.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

The reasoned order dated 30th August, 2022 handed over in Court today be retained with the records.
