Accordingly, they pray for bail on parity. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits over 74 kgs. of Ganja was recovered from the petitioners. No narcotics was recovered from co-accused who has been enlarged on bail. There are ample materials implicating the petitioners in the offence. Hence, they cannot claim parity with the co-accused. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. The application for bail is thus rejected.
