Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of Egra PS Case No. 368/25 being registered on 10.05.2025 effective steps have not been taken by the police authorities, neither the accused persons have been traced out.

Learned advocate for the private respondent submits that a preemption suit is pending before the jurisdictional civil court.

State has submitted a report in respect of the steps so taken. A report of the BL & LRO, Egra - 1 Block was submitted by the private respondents.

Be that as it may, police authorities would effectively conduct the investigation and cross-check from the original records of BL & LRO so far as the accusations made by the petitioner is concerned. The case was registered on 10.05.2025, after completion of 90 days, the progress of the investigation be communicated to the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations WPA 16603 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
