It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the land belonging to the petitioner was acquired by the State respondents and notice of compensation was served on the petitioner on 12th February, 2019. But such compensation has not been granted to the petitioner as the private respondent claims to be the daughter of the petitioner, which is not a fact.

The petitioner seeks liberty to submit a comprehensive representation before the

concerned authority ventilating her grievance and prays for a direction upon the authority to deal with the representation within a stipulated time frame.

It is submitted on behalf of the State respondents that the third respondent be directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation before the third respondent in this regard within one week from date. The third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation within one month from the date of receipt thereof after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties including the petitioner and the private respondent, in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the parties within a week thereof.

W.P.A. 17184 of 2022 is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
