The petitioner seeks bail on the ground of period of detention.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the prayer for bail was rejected earlier on August 4, 2021 and that there was hardly any change in circumstances subsequent thereto. Considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner and considering the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstance since August 4, 2021, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM 7315 of 2021 is dismissed.
