The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of G.R.Case No. 1655 of 2017 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda primarily on the ground that FRMF has been submitted against him in the said order. Strangely, though the FRMF was prepared on December 31, 2017, it was submitted before the learned Magistrate only on April 06, 2023. Learned Magistrate directed issuance of notice upon the defacto complainant and fixed June 30, 2023 for service return. The matter has not progressed after that and the FRMF has also not been accepted.

In view of the inordinate delay caused in submission of the FRMF and thereafter acceptance of the same by the learned Magistrate, the learned judicial Magistrate, Malda is directed to dispose of the matter within two weeks from the date of

communication of this order. The private opposite party, being the defacto complainant before the learned Magistrate is directed to appear before the learned Magistrate on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate so that the matter can be disposed of on the said date.

With the above observations and directions the instant revisional application being CRR No. 2841 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
