In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, WPA 17590 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing the petitioner to pay an aggregate sum of Rs.3,00,000/- in full and final settlement towards the gratuity dues of the respondent no. 4 (inclusive of interest) by September 20, 2024.

In view of the above, nothing survive in the present writ petition and the same stands disposed of.

The petitioner is also granted liberty to withdraw any amount lying with the Appellate

Authority in any proceeding pertaining to the respondent no. 4.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
