Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that there has been obstruction in the free egress and ingress to the petitioner's shop room and the petitioner as such cannot enter his business premises as well as his residence. According to the petitioner the private respondents are dangerous in character and as such he is unable to take aid of local assistance for peaceful enjoyment both of his professional and personal life.

In view of the police authorities having knowledge in respect of the representation dated July 12, 2025, I direct that the Officer-in-Charge, Domjur Police Station would consider the representation dated July 12, 2025 and inform the outcome to the petitioner within a period of 15 days. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of

such representation he would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under the relevant provisions of Section 175(3) of the BNSS and learned Magistrate would assess and ascertain regarding the genuinity of the accusations and thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper. In case the police authorities find that there are some obstruction created, police authorities would ensure that there is no breach of peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident resulting because of the inimical relationship complained of by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 16619 of 2025 is disposed of.
