Order Nos. 70, 71, 72 and 73 dated May 19, 2023, August 08, 2023, December 20, 2023 and April 03, 2024 respectively are under challenge.

It appears that by some of the orders impugned the appeal Court below has called for the Lower Court record and by some of the order the hearing of the appeal were adjourned as the local Bar took the resolution not to pass any adverse order.

Mr. Dash, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the Lower Court Records are not traceable as such the appellant has filed an application for reconstruction of the said record.

Challenge to the orders impugned is misconceived, however, if the Lower Court records are not traceable the parties are at liberty to take steps for reconstruction of it. C.O. 2475 of 2024 is dismissed without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
