We take that report on record.

It appears that two persons were taken for treatment and in the midst of purchasing tickets to board the train, they went missing. Of them, one returned and the other is yet to be traced out. We are satisfied that the allegation of kidnapping was not found by the investigator. However, vigorous efforts should be made further to trace out the missing person in accordance with law. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
