Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of 11.08.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.768 Rakib informing the police authorities being the Officer-inCharge of Kandi Police Station on or about 13.05.2024 no steps have been taken.

Learned advocate appearing for the Kandi Municipality submits that the Municipality is not an affected respondent.

As none appears on behalf of the State Mr.

Sanatan Panja, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

I have considered the issues in the communication made to the Officer-in-Charge of Kandi Police Station. If the same inconvenience is faced by the petitioner, a fresh representation be submitted which the concerned Officerin-Charge will act in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations WPA 17589 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
