It appears from the said written instructions that the fixation of pay has been done for the petitioner and the arrears of pension has been disbursed in the petitioner's bank account on August 1, 2023. Furthermore, the petitioner is getting the revised pensionary benefits from July 2023.

Accordingly, WPA 16677 of 2023 is disposed of.

Since affidavits have not been invited in the present writ petition, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the parties.
