Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that due to certain inadvertent mistake in the application, the petitioner intends to not press this application with liberty to file afresh. He also prays the certified copy of the order of the learned trial court annexed to the application be handed over. In view of above submission, the application being CRM (R) 94 of 2025 stands dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh.

Department is directed to hand over the certified copy of the order of the learned trial court to the advocate-on-record for the petitioner after replacing the same with photocopy of the orders.
