The petitioner is the owner of the vehicle which was seized with materials, offending the provisions of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment Act, 2015. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 3667 of 2022 is dismissed.
