Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated on the basis of the co-accused's statement. He further submits that the police filed charge-sheet and that the custodial interrogation is not unnecessary.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the petitioner is involved in the robbery and that he is absconding. Having heard learned advocates for the petitioner and the State and having considered the gravity of the offences and complicity of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM No.7319 of 2021 is thus dismissed.
